Narinig

hello i just wanted to know if certain phrases could be translated from english into tagalog and have them be equal.

would "Narinig niyo na ba yung bagong cafe doon sa maynila" be the same as "have you heard of the new cafe in manila?"

also would "nakita niyo na ba yung bagong cafe doon sa maynila? be the same as "have you seen the new cafe at manila?"

would the tagalog version be okay to use or would it be better off as "alam niyo na ba yung bagong cafe doon sa maynila?"
